Other focal points were the presentation of the extended marketing opportunities on the basis of TOPs own reservation system TOPREZ NG. A whole range of innovative system enhancements in 2012 were already completed or well underway. TOP member hotels will benefit of the direct connection of the channel manager Rate Tiger to TOPREZ NG, the direct interface to the major booking portal Hotel.de and a new internet booking engine with eConcierge functions.
A comprehensive knowledge of all the possibilities TOP INTERNATIONAL Hotels offers its partner hotels and their implementation is essentially important in order to succeed. For this reason, it was agreed to repeat the 2012 strategy meeting, in an annual rhythm.
